Definitions

“Site” means tradegart.com. “Notes” are the educational texts published here. “Reader” means anyone who opens the pages. The project’s postal address is Storgata 10, 0155 Oslo, Norway.

Educational nature

The texts explain terms that appear around startups, market structure, instruments, described approaches, and software. They are not advice, not a call to act, and not a plan for a business.

The site does not sell financial products and does not provide trading services or money management.

Acceptable use

You may read and quote a note with credit to Tradegart, without changing its sense. You may not present the texts as a recommendation, a signal, or a promise of a result. Commercial use needs written permission at hello@tradegart.com.

Intellectual property

The texts, the name Tradegart, and the mark stay with the project, except for public material cited as reading. Citing an official source does not transfer rights and does not imply an agreement with that body.

Liability

The texts are written with ordinary care and may contain errors. We are not responsible for decisions made after reading, for losses, or for results that do not appear. The contact form checks fields and does not deliver the message to a person: no engagement is created.

Risk

Any commitment of money can lose value. A definition read here does not reduce that risk and does not measure it for a real case.

Business model

Revenue, if any, comes from advertising and educational content. The writing in this version is free. There are no commissions for recommending products. This version does not load advertising-network scripts.

Applicable law
