This page describes what the site actually does. There is no account, no analytics, and the form neither keeps the message nor forwards it.

No organisation number and no investment-advice authorisation are stated, because none is held. The site does not offer investment advice and it is not a trading service.
Form data
The form asks for a name, an email address, a subject, and a message. The server checks that name, email, and message are not empty and that the email has a valid format.
The check returns a message on the page. No email is sent, nothing is written to a database, and no copy is kept on the server.
Data collected automatically
The site does not set analytics cookies and does not set advertising cookies. The notice choice stays in the browser under the key cookieConsent, in local storage, and it is not a cookie set by this domain.
Fonts and icons are requested from outside services as files. This page does not claim that those services set cookies on behalf of Tradegart.
Legal basis and purpose
Checking the form exists so the page can say whether the fields are filled in. The basis is the consent given by sending, limited to that check. There is no further purpose, because the data is not kept.
The GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven) apply.
Third parties and transfers
The message is not passed to a mail provider and it is not sold. Font and icon files are requested by the browser from those providers when the page opens. There is no transfer of a contact archive, because the archive does not exist.
Retention
Form fields are not kept after the check. The key cookieConsent stays in the browser until the person using the site deletes it.
Rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, and objection, and you can complain to the authority. On the form, erasure is already the ordinary behaviour: there is no copy to return. Questions: hello@tradegart.com.
